5. Carbon Offset Projects

All carbon offset projects listed on our platform are verified by recognized third-party standards (Verra, Gold Standard, Plan Vivo). However, ZeroCarbon does not own or operate these projects and makes no warranties regarding their future performance or permanence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials on the ZeroCarbon platform are owned by or licensed to ZeroCarbon and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without explicit permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Misrepresent your carbon data or compliance status
• Use automated systems to scrape data from our platform

8. Limitation of Liability

ZeroCarbon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms
